Anatomy of a Shooter

The course will include an in depth look at anatomy and biomechanics in relation to clay shooting.  The session will be highly practical including movement analysis and practical application for the coach/student.  Finishing with an on-range session. 

Teaching Methods and Learning Styles

An exploration of the theory and practical application of teaching and learning methods and styles. Examining the identification of the learning styles of clients and the best teaching methods to meet their needs. The difference between instruction and coaching teaching methods and the practical application different methods in a variety of situations. A blend of theory and practical applications. Participants will work together to formulate approaches to deliver effective coaching.

 The cost is £150.00 for members, including refreshments and a light lunch.
